2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• 2 Single Account: Each person may hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

• 5 Self-Exclusion: Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform during their exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion agreement will be closed immediately.
• 6 Non-Transferable: Your bd678i account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• 4 Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.

• 2 Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by bd678i where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where odds were published in manifest error. Void bets are returned to the Member's account balance in full.

• 5 In-Play Betting: In-play markets close and reopen dynamically based on real-time event progress. bd678i accepts no responsibility for bets placed based on inaccurate real-time data from third-party data providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd678i expressly disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

How disputes between Members and bd678i are resolved.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bd678i arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party may be referred to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as bd678i designates. bd678i's decision on all gaming matters — including bet settlement, bonus disputes, and account management decisions — is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure above.
